Outstanding service from start to finish! We had two technicians come out - one to diagnose the problem (Chris) and one to replace the broken components (Dylan). They were both punctual, professional, and friendly. Their communication was excellent throughout the entire process and the quality of work was exceptional. They replaced the spring quickly, and I still made my appointment on time without missing a beat. A special shout-out to my technician, Cameron Feikema. Cameron was friendly, professional, incredibly knowledgeable, and had everything fixed quickly. He took the time to explain what happened, answered my questions, and made the entire experience painless. Customer service like that is becoming rare, and it deserves to be recognized. There’s a reason you see Action Garage trucks all over the Treasure Valley—they’ve earned their reputation. Fast, professional, honest, and reliable.
